Everyone has a history of who they are through past life experiences that are contained within the Akashic Records.

The Akashic Records can give us clarity or guidance in regards to events in our lives or things that we may be experiencing by providing information from our past lives.

If we look at our existence as more than just this life that we are living, then we can see how a culmination of other past life events may have brought us to live what we are currently experiencing. Perhaps what we are living is a result of karma that needs to be restored.
